Every company starts with an idea that sets its foundation, but only a few are built with a vision that is shared. The story of TrustSignal  is one where two people came to not only launch their business but also to share a vision. In a recent podcast with KaroStartup , Mohammad Imran Shaikh, CEO of TrustSignal, and Shaikh Saarah Fatima, the CMO, shared their collaboration in the startup of TrustSignal, the challenges they came across, and the values they carry within to take on this journey. Here, we won’t just highlight a budding communication service provider; we will throw some light on their partnership rooted in life, and also in business, which is set to create something meaningful for industries worldwide.

Where Ideas Gave Way to Actions

For the founders, creating something of their own came from both personal and professional experiences. After facing missed opportunities and challenges, they realised the only way to create a company with a “for people” mindset that highlights their values was to build one themselves. That’s how the foundation of Mayeka Digitals Pvt. Ltd. was laid in 2019 , which later rebranded to TrustSignal  in 2022 . Like any other founding story, it did not start at a perfect moment. It all began when both Mr Imran and Mrs Saarah had to take some breaks to re-evaluate the entire process and how to start their new venture. In this journey, Mr Imran and Mrs Saarah came along not just as founders, but rather as a growing force to help show the light of TrustSignal.

Mrs Saarah, with her strong experience in sales and a high precision in understanding brand language, from the point of view of customers, helped in filling the communication gaps and in building long-term relationships. As the CMO, she has played a vital role in moulding TrustSignal’s face value and communication philosophy. Her expertise emphasizes nurturing a clear and purposeful tone with every creative, ensuring it reflects the brand’s role in communication, along with transparency and consistency across every touch point. They very well complemented the business strategy Mr Imran had set and gave it the boost it needed and urged for.

The Road of Challenges and Immense Learning

There came many shortcomings that hindered confidence in the minds and hearts of the two founders. They both faced times of misaligned opportunities and decisions that required hope and courage over dreaming of convenience. Even then, navigating their way through the uneven roads, they leaned on mutual respect, complementary expertise, and most importantly, a shared dream. They understood that challenges are a way to open doors to a new opportunity if an opportunity doesn’t come knocking at your door. They knew that a leap of faith and hard work would surely lead them to a place that was worth their efforts and energy.

Now, it’s been 5 years since the launch of TrustSignal , a platform providing business communication services, standing on three tall pillars: Trust , Transparency , and Technology . This company shares its vision of providing exemplary communication services to its clients, spreading ethical values, and instilling trust locked in every message it sends. Today, this same brand is a trusted choice of over 1000 D2C brands and 500+ global enterprises . Its growth is a testament to the founders’ synchronized energy, highlighting trust and transparency at the heart of every planning. They are a reminder that success stories can be many, but when it comes to hardships, only a few win the test of time. And when you have the support of people who truly want to thrive with you and grow with you, success is just one step away from you.

A Vital Principle for Every Leader

A recurring theme in this podcast was Trust, not just a concept, but rather a virtue that is the most important aspect of every relationship, whether personal or professional. Mr Imran says that “Shaking hands while closing deals isn’t as big as doing so with instilling trust among the people you are doing this with.” TrustSignal is a representation of these words, and, to the very core, it is a brand that the founders hold very close to themselves. Their perspectives have contributed to TrustSignal's current success.

Conclusion

TrustSignal is not just a CPaaS company; it is rather a place where teamwork and hard work walk hand in hand. It is an emblem of brilliance in business communication that satisfies the needs of every brand and customer interaction, giving a way to the fruitful nurturing of relationships. As the company now grows bigger and bigger, competing with the best in the industry, its motto stays the same and unmatched: To Connect the Disconnected with Trust .
