On 17th January 2026, Deep Griha Academy organized Tales & Tea, a warm and engaging event that brought together adults and senior citizens to share their stories. The narratives ranged from fiction and non-fiction to deeply personal life journeys. These were not merely stories, but reflections of lived experiences—each one representing the life behind a face.

For nearly 3.5 hours, participants listened to one another with openness and respect, sharing their joys, struggles, and memories, and appreciating the richness of each other’s experiences.
Deep Griha Academy is an inclusive school and a rural project of Deep Griha Society, a 50-year-old organization based in Pune. Established in 2007 in the rural village of Deulgaon Gada, Daund, the Academy is built on four key pillars: English-medium education, organic agricultural practices, vocational studies, and healthcare.

Along with formal education, the school actively conducts community-based programs in the surrounding villages to strengthen social bonds.

Tales & Tea is one such initiative, designed to bring people from diverse backgrounds together, foster meaningful connections, and promote inclusion and a strong sense of belonging within the community.
